In Times Square, New York City, often proclaimed the "Center of the World", also plays host to the U.S.'s Armed Forces Recruitment Center (pictured).
But should politics and the military be seen by every visitor to Times Square? Is the American government attempting to show off its military might? Many people say that this gives visitors a WRONG impression of the US, in particular NYC. It also blocks spectators from taking pics of TS or watching the ball drop during New Year's.
Does the Armed Forces Recruitment Center belong in Times Square or should it be moved?>
