Does your city have an artist or artisans district. It's where your city's bohemian community gather or an area filled with art studios, galleries, cafes and more.
Anyway, I look at the lower Mid-Levels in HK as the city's artist district which is the area around Hollywood Rd. and Staunton St which is also known as SOHO.
