Shop in Mongkok, Hong Kong sold at sky price
This week, a shop in Sai Yeung Choi Street, Mongkok was sold at a post-1997 record high price. The shop is 40 square feet and was sold at HKD20,600,000 (=US$2,640,000). That is US$66,000 per square feet or US$710,000 per square meter.>
