What cities/countries looks smaller/bigger/more or less populated than they are?

What cities/countries looks smaller/bigger/more or less populated than they are?
I have no good pics, but a few examples:
When i see a pic of moscow, it seems like it´s smaller than berlin, and again when i look at a pic of canadian cities you could belive canada is as big as the us when in fact the population is smaller than polands.

Just look at two pics of NYC and moscow and ask youself, how can these two cities be equally big? if you have pictures or opinions please post!>
