I need to know what the organisation/company is that charges people to ride those 8 (or 10) passenger "bicycles". it's a yellow circular frame with about 8 or 10 seats (and pedals) and it goes around Manhattan.
it's hard for me to explain it, but if anyone knows the answer please help me out.>
